The Cosmetics Company Store

Be aware of RACIST!! I came to shop on Black Friday today, but I'm very, very angry!! Because they don't treat customers of every skin color fairly and I feel like they are being racist!! When I was checking out it was clear that my order was over $150 but I was only given the two advertised freebies, not the ORIGINS set that was given to me over $125. When I went to check my package after checking out and realized I didn't have this freebie I went to ask the cashier. I asked the cashier about it, but then I realized that a non-Asian customer behind me had gotten the "Origin" gift set and an additional aveda sample that was not advertised. So I asked her why she didn't give me the origin freebie and she said it was gone when I checked out, but she didn't mention anything about it when I ch

The store always has great selection! And what make it awesome is the staff. Particularly Kyle! He goes above and beyond for my send sales! That guy does not miss. Even if he doesn't have time to reply, you can bet your last dollar before the store closes in 10 mins he will take care of you and wont miss a beat! Multitasking is at an all time high with him.

Great deals and high end brands. I had a few questions about their products and the cashier was happy to answer my questions and super friendly. I go in there every time I go to the mall!

Store is well displayed! Prices are great! Representative need to focus more on customers than talking to each other!
