The Cosmetics Company Store

We went in to get some products. One of the staff ( girl with black straight hair) kept hovering around us as if we were running away. We had minimal makeup on so I guess she judged us. They didn’t have the product or the tester. My friend suggested to try the shade that works for her and she picked her shade since she needed to buy it anyway. She suggested to try that one and this staff racist staff lady came running as if she caught us in some criminal activity. When we said we are buying it don’t worry, she still kept hovering over treating us like shoplifters. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional experience. RACIST staff! @cosmetic store- do better!

Amazing experience! The whole staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind! They were able to answer all my questions and more! Will be telling everyone about this store :)

The item I bought appeared to be already used. Some of the product was smeared across the inside of the container.

I went for the first time today after finding the store off social media. I was greeted right away but two kind employees. TONS of amazing deals. I think I spent 70 and got like ten items. Amazing! Will be back. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this cosmetic shop. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely inquired about the availability of a specific lipstick, instead of checking in the back, she arrogantly replied that everything she has is already on display. She was unwelcoming and rude and made the entire experience unpleasant. I will not be returning.
