The Cosmetics Company Store

Purchased a Clinique Quickliner eye pencil in Violet (which I've used before), and the first time I used it I got an infection in both eyes! Be aware that the Clinton Outlet Store stock must be old or somehow contaminated because this has never happened to be before.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I bought two Clinique Quickliner eyeliners and ONE WAS USED UP! I'm not talking about someone trying it on and putting it back...there was nothing left of it (as if someone swapped their almost finished one with a new pencil). Huge lesson learned -- check items BEFORE you pay (especially if you live out--of-state and can't easily return the item to the store).

I've been going here for many years. The top notch products of Estee Lauder, Clinque and other names you save so much money. Go to Seohora in Kohls and see their prices and ask a so called cosmetic associate for some help, which always ends up with colors that dont even match my skin tone, eyes. I had a really lovely young lady help me recently with my purchases. Things aren't the same anymore. I worked in Cosmetics for 19 years with Macy's, Lord and Taylor. When I worked in cosmetics we had a trained cosmetologist give us a complete course on cleansing, moisturizing and makeup application with matching skin tones to their customer. Maybe, there is helpful website tutorials for specified brands Makeup.Sorry it's so long, but I've had the best experiences with Clinique and Estee Lauder. I

Ashlee became aggressive with us in store failing to understand out prodict was swapped and we did not want br charged. She asked her co worker she too refused to correct my bill at check out saying sale is FINAL i did not want stir an argument in front my friends so I took items I asked her for 3 bags and she gave mr attitude took bags and pushed them on the counter also attempting to throw at my face We spent $200+ dollar and treated like a DOG. NEVER BUY anything form these people and their ignorant worker and corrupt store policy!!!!!!

This store deserves no stars at all!!! I’ve been calling this past weekend to catch the Black Friday sale so I can do a send sale. No one was picking up the phone, I called 3 times finally on the fourth try someone answers the phone and says it’s too busy then hangs up on me. So I took a trip to the store Monday hoping to get a few Jo Malone on sale , mind you I had drive for an hour and 25 mins. I get to the store I asked about the sales and it’s 15% off with $100 purchase. So all weekend I tried to call so I can do a send sale but no one would answer the damn phone! The people working here are rude and not nice at all they need to fire management and hire someone who will be about the customers. Never supporting this company again.
