The Cosmetics Company Store

The staff is rude. Visited the store and there were no other customers in the store, the two women working didn’t even acknowledge me not a hi or hello, can we help you…nothing. Horrible customer service. The store was ok, not the best variety…Ulta/Sephora offer more and they are actually nice to their potential customers.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I was given the wrong Estée Lauder product at checkout, and when I opened it, the item was dirty and had clearly been used. I have an account and they verified the receipt. However, I was told I can’t return it by mail and must drive two hours to the store for an exchange. I expected much better service and flexibility from a brand I’ve trusted for years.

I had the most amazing experience with Emilie. Great customer service skills and the most amazing personality. She was knowledgeable and helpful during my time in the store. She’s amazing and she deserves the recognition because you don’t come by employees this helpful or nice! Great job Emilie & thank you again! ~Ann

I came here to do some shopping for my bridesmaids! Emily and Victoria were such a huge help and truly made my day with my shopping experience ! I can’t wait to come back for more goodies for my bridal party !!
