The Cosmetics Company Store

Im not much of writing reviews but the associate on the floor was very cold, rude and dismissive . The only two other associates that were nice were the cashier and another older lady on the floor. While checking out the 6 for 60 promotion didn’t apply yo my purchase which wasn’t listed anywhere on the store and the same rude associate said “oh yeah that doesn’t apply to that” and I don’t mind paying it. However her tone was very rude and dismissive. Maybe for a next time have better signage on the store and a better organized store.

The Cosmetic Company Store at the Aurora Premium Outlets is hands down the most disrespectful and unprofessional retail experience I’ve ever had. I came in with my mom, sister, and husband to purchase lipsticks, and instead of being treated like valued customers, we were treated with blatant rudeness, arrogance, and humiliation. The cashier, Clarissa, along with another tall, light-skinned brown hair cashier, acted as if we were a problem rather than paying customers. Clarissa enforced a so-called “rule” that customers cannot hand a card to one another to complete their own purchases. This is completely absurd. Every single one of us had our own card — the only reason the cards were in my wallet was for convenience. I’ve shopped at multiple Cosmetic Company Store locations in other states

Drove 30min just to check this place out for the first time I checked 3x online and hours and it said closes at 9PM.. we got there at 8:05PM 2 sales associates hiding behind the counter giving dirty looks.. UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF YOU DONT CLOSE AT 9PM

I stocked up my favorite MAC foundation couple months back and just today I opened the box only to find out it was half used/tester. Really disappointed. Customer service refused to offer exchange or credit and referred me to corporate. Beware & check your product when you buy it. Customer service is rude & will not help!

I have not had good experiences at this location, in particular with the associate/manager? Laurie. She wasn’t knowledgeable on products she had on hand or helpful with finding products that I was looking for. She was very cold and seemed to not want to help me at all really. In previous experiences at the Geneva location, I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to not help but to see that I left with all the products I came in looking for. This was not the case at the Aurora location when I visited about two weeks ago.
