I’ve been seeing Jaz at the Patchogue location and have completed 11 cavitation sessions so far. The progress has continued to improve week after week, and it’s been amazing to see the changes build over time. What surprised me most was how I carry myself. I’ve noticed subtle shifts in my posture and alignment — I feel more supported and confident through my midsection, not just different visually. Jaz’s energy makes such a difference. You don’t feel judged — you feel supported. She explains what’s happening, answers questions, and makes the entire experience feel collaborative instead of clinical. I have been going to The Contour Haus for approximately one month now and have lost about 4 1/2 inches off my lower stomach area as well as tightened up my torso quite a bite. I work with Jazbrielle who is fun, personable, and knows her stuff as what she is doing is working on me. I am pleased and just signed up last week for a membership. I had a session with Marissa today and everything was just so good. Her space is calm, and so cute, which I loved! It was my first time ever getting this done, and she first put on a red light therapy, it did not feel uncomfortable at all so that was great. She left that on for 20 min and then she started with the second treatment which I believed did most of the work, and the results were amazing! You have to look at the photos. Marissa was very professional. I always feel bloated so this brought a real difference! 100% recommend it, will be back!

Jaz is amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable! My body has never felt better because of her! Highly recommend!
