We have been thrilled with our experience with Souder Properties thus far. Erika was extremely timely and responsive to all questions and was very accommodating regarding our move-in as we were coming from out of state to open a new location in the Charlotte area. The entire process was seamless (complete opposite from our experience with an apartment rental with a different management company). Well done!

Erika, Nettie, and Jennifer were very responsive to showing me the property and answering my questions. The buildings are beautifully redone and in an area that is not congested with traffic. The offices and spaces look very professional and have a "new" vibe to them. Lots of amenities. When I did decide to lease a space, the process was smooth and surprised me —they made the application process timely and easy for me. I really like their tenant portal, it saves a lot of time.

Erika and her team were fantastic from start to finish in helping us get set up with our new office and warehouse space. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
