Unbelievable experience with Jimmy. I called him at 10am on a snowy Wednesday in full panic mode because I was leaving for a work trip the next morning and desperately needed my hair fixed that same day. The roads were covered in snow, he had never met me, and didn’t know me at all yet he offered to come to the salon at 5pm just to help me. Which he did times ten! For context, I had been bleach blonde for 20 years and had a messy brunette situation done somewhere else. Jimmy spent three hours correcting it and knew exactly what to do from the moment he saw my hair. The result is beyond anything I could have hoped for. I left feeling like myself again. Jimmy is amazing 🤩 he is always very realistic about my options in maintaining healthy hair but still getting to the color I want. I had a lot of black box dye on my hair for years so it’s been a struggle. But jimmy worked his magic! He’s very detail oriented with my color and it always pays off!
