The Collective Salon and Beauty Spa

I’ve been here twice during normal business hours and they have been closed which really bothers me because no one even left a sign out or anything to let me know I shouldn’t wait the hour I wasted because they weren’t coming back. The door has the times but no one was here and I already paid for a month of tanning and I am seriously frustrated by the lack of professionalism that not being available during normal business hours shows me. There’s not a sign to let me know that they are gone for the day or for an emergency or anything. When they are here they are a very nice group of gals and everything is really beautifully staged and very clean but dude, I paid to tan here for a month during the week and I can’t even get the service and the phone number doesn’t work… which also frustrated
