I have been going to The Clip Joint since 2022 and could not be happier with my experience every single time that I go. For reference, I moved out of Yelm last year and commute 40-45 min from Olympia back to Yelm so I can still get my cut from them. Both Jessica’s have cut my hair, as well as Morgan and the consistency from hair stylist to hair stylist is extremely impressive. They take their time to ensure your cut is perfect, and do a great job at remembering their regulars and understanding their hair type and preferred style. I have lived in Thurston County since 2009, and have tried plenty of other shops, but none of them can compare or come close to The Clip Joint. I got a trim and my hair colored from Jessica W. She is amazing! I recommend her 100%. She’s really friendly and skilled. She gave me exactly what I asked for and my hair is still super healthy. The best hair experience I’ve had & she immediately recognized my hair type, texture and needs which other hair stylist have been unable to do. This spot is located an hour away from my home and I made the commute because I trusted Jessica with my hair and she lived up to her reputation. I love my hair so thank you! I have been coming here for over three years now. Everyone that has cut my hair here has been super solid. My go to haircut place for the last three years. Erica the owner in particular has been amazing! I love how well she cut my hair every single time I went in for a haircut. The consistency is unreal I've never had anyone able to cut my hair as good every single time! I've also had haircuts from some of the other staff members as well. Both Jessica's were amazing as well. Just as consistent as Erica is. The facility is extremely cleanly and well kept. The bathroom is always pristine. Smells wonderful in here, all the hair products and sprays lightly scenting the air. The staff is very courteous and fast to greet you. Waiting area is pleasant and there's always music and music videos

The ladies are very friendly, and I am always happy with my hair cut.
