Confirmed with stylist four times to cut hair below the jaw, including indicating on my neck twice where I'd like her to cut no higher than, and also reminded her she needed to go lower so that when it shrank from drying it would still be appropriate length, even showed her reference pictures. I don't know if she didn't listen at all or decided to do whatever she wanted, but my hair came out at least four to five inches shorter than anything we discussed. It's almost just above my ears, and I look like a mushroom that mated with a Karen. I've shaved my head before, it takes a lot to faze me, which I told her to illustrate that I'm not super particular about a certain cut or style, just get the length right. I had a great experience at the clip Joint. I had never had a haircut here before but I’ll definitely be back. For once I got exactly the cut I wanted! This was because the stylist listened and asked questions. She was also very intuitive and of course very skilled.

Amazing stylists! I was ready to change things up and I had the gift of working with Tegan and Ariel! They were so kind and communicative. I left with a rocking Mullet and green Highlights exactly how I wanted. Thank you girls for making me feel like a baddie!

Since being out of the service it is hard to find someone to know how to do a real high and tight. The girls at Clip Joint nail it perfectly. They are professional, courteous and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
