The Center Sanctum

I have been a longtime customer of The Center Sanctum. I have used their medi-spa services and both my husband and I get massages regularly. They recently joined with the Hope Valley Retreat to offer both public and private events. I was fortunate to be able to attend the February 2024 Galentine’s Day event. This was my first visit to the Hope Valley property and I was blown away by the beauty of it nestled in almost 50 acres of wood. This former Longaberger homestead is a hidden gem in Newark, Ohio and the perfect location for a health and wellness retreat. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Melissa and Carolee, the owners of The Center Sanctum (the best medi-spa in town). Massage overall was fantastic. However, I was a little disappointed because I scheduled and paid for a 60 min massage and she only completed about 45 mins. My appointment was at 4:20pm (we started late) and I was out the door by 5:12pm, that just doesn’t add up to me. I don’t even mind the massage being shortened, but don’t feel like I should have been charged for a full 60 minute massage.

I just spent the best 2 hours of my life with Kathy... I had a back-to-back Japanese head spa and massage! I highly recommend and I'll be back soon for the same combo

Do not go here unless you want upcharged by lots of $$$! Center Sanctum Up-charged my mother without telling her any type of pricing and made her Pay on the spot! She told the employee what Voucher she had gotten for Christmas, and she said she didn't want anything more! And did something more that was $135! It was very wrong of you guys!!! They tried to also charge another $50 that same day So she had to cancel her card! Now, they are trying to send it to collections!!! AWEFULL!!!!!!!
