Lauren is amazing. My first experience of sound bath was with her and I left feeling so relaxed. My head was clear of all the daily noise. If you have the chance to use her for a regular session or a workshop, you won't be disappointed!

I went to Lauren for a sound bath. It was comfortable clean and enlightening. Lauren took her time and made sure I was having a good experience. She also does services for my companies and the feed back from our clients is always extremely positive. So much so that clients requested an increase in services.

Lauren does such a good job with meditation. Her bowls and the vibrations within them are such a treat. Half the time I fall asleep, the other time I feel incredibly rested. She has such good vibes as well, I highly recommend her and her practice.
