The Brows Threading and Body Wax

Where do I begin? I should have waited for the usual person who did my service, but I had no time- better yet I should have driven further to the other location when I know I would have received top notch services from the technician. I was butchered! It was so painful and traumatic that I thought the swelling was from not going in so long until I got in my car and saw the cuts and bruises and swelling. Pictures speak for themselves! Will Not be returning!

I went here for the first time last week, at first hesitant because of the negative reviews but I had a great experience. I walked in with no appointment close to their closing time and was helped right away. The lady was very friendly, asking about my job and my family. They did a great job with threading my eyebrows. Very happy to have tried them!!

This was my first time trying eyebrow threading, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or communicative. I was just sat down in the chair with no explanation of what to expect. I had to let the technician know it was my first time because she immediately began instructing me to pull on my eyelid and forehead without explaining why or how to do it — which was confusing for a first-timer. I came in for threading and eyebrow tinting, but I left with uneven brows — one has a nice arch, while the other looks flat and off. The tint was applied in a strange, uneven way, which I think contributed to the mismatch in shape. To make things worse, two days later I developed scabs around my brows, which I’ve now learned isn’

I agree with another user, staff were friendly enough. However, I have gotten my eyebrows threaded every month for the past 8 years and I have never bled until them. First, I specifically told them to leave eyebrows as thick as possible and then I was so upset how much they took off and had to regrow my eyebrows. It took 3 months to grow back. I only went back specically ready to make sure it wasn't the same lady and she did good enough. Then the third round the lady made me bleed and I had scabs. I won't be going back. I only went back because it is the closest one to me and usually empty. Good luck if you risk going here!

My aunt went here to have her eyelashes done and she got an infection in her eyes the first night . We took many pics , showed the staff and took our receipt. The lady claim she doesn’t even remember my aunt but yet we have the receipt showing she came in… We spoke to other staff here and they were very rude about the situation and would not take accountability. I would not recommend anyone go here… their service as well as their customer service SUCKS & they will be hearing from our attorney. 0/5 rating
