I used to always recommend this business to everyone I knew , the last time I went they stamped my card that said I get a free thread and she had told me that it doesn’t work that way and that I have to use the free one on the next visit and I told her it was fine and thank you anyways . I just came out now THIS visit , literally just right now and I showed her the card and when it was time to pay she left the tablet charging me 14 dollars and I said “Oh no , I’m using the free threading on my redemption card” and she said “Well yea but I already charged you so you have to pay or my boss will get mad” and I was annoyed because this is the second time she does this, it’s always the same girl too , she brings in her baby and her baby is in the back watching his ipad , so If she was worried a

This is a HORRIBLE place. Employees were rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I specifically requested one technician to do my eyebrows, and she got upset, purposely messed them up, and acted aggressively. The older technician also does a very poor job. I’ve been here before, and the younger technician used to do well, but this time she clearly held a grudge because I didn’t want the old lady to do my eyebrows. I will NEVER return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I came at around 4:15 to get my eyebrows threaded today, Friday. The lady who assisted me was super kind and overall provided outstanding customer service thank you so much!

Eyebrows. I am visiting from Ohio and this was the first place that was near. The threader was conversational, but I wasn’t pleased with the service. I always have my brows cleaned up, and my threader gives me a bit of an arch. This visit, when I pointed out a section at the new place I visited, the response wasn’t agreeable. The threader didn’t even thread below my eyebrows (lid). When I looked in the magnifying mirror at home, I had to clean it up. $12.00
