Highly recommend Gretchen! I've been going to her for a 1-hour massage every month or 2 for close to a year now, and I always leave feeling so rejuvenated! She's fantastic at communicating what she's doing and why, locating trouble areas and then working them out with care.
I took my mom here for massages and Thomas and Gretchen were awesome. Lydia is also just a wonderful person. Kind, wonderful people all around.
