I’ve had a desk at the brass factory for about a year and it’s by far the best coworking space I’ve been in. A lot of energy was clearly put into the aesthetics of the space itself. Everyone working here is a much higher caliber than what you’re going to find at other places. The staff is incredibly friendly, and will offer to introduce you to other people in the space. The breakfast in the morning and brownies / snacks in the afternoon are a really nice touch. Overall, I highly doubt you’re going to find a better coworking space in nyc better than this one!
I’ve been working out of Brass Factory for over a year now, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. The sense of community here is real—warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. The owners are incredibly friendly and present, and they clearly care about the people who work here. There’s always something happening: events, conversations, moments that make it feel alive without ever being distracting. The space itself is full of bright light, open, and thoughtfully designed, which makes long workdays feel easier. Compared to places like WeWork or anything else nearby, it’s on a completely different level. I’m already looking forward to extending my lease.
A very nice coworking space. Helpful and friendly staff. The space contains both shared working space "out in the open" as well as a number of offices available for rent. I'd describe the space as casual; suit-and-tie apparel is uncommon. There is a very heavy leaning towards companies in the tech sector: Web3, crypto, and AI are common. (Other industries are represented, but I imagine that due to primarily word-of-mouth advertising, a lot of people here are connected in some way.) My company works out of one of the private offices, and I find the space quite nice, with individual climate control units (the front desk can adjust these) and doors that block out noise. The staff keeps the space stocked with a light breakfast (generally bagels and fruit, but can also be bread, English muffin
This is a fantastic spot to get your work done. Don't let the unassuming exterior of the building fool you. There's an abundance of natural light and lush greenery scattered throughout the space, giving off a relaxing vibe and making it easy to focus comfortably. There are plenty of meeting rooms of varying sizes available to reserve, along with soundproof booths to take individual phone calls. I can't recommend the Brass Factory enough!
The Brass Factory is an amazing coworking space with great vibes, reliable internet, and a relaxing environment. I highly recommend to anyone
