I was spontaneously on the hunt to get butterfly braids after reaching out to multiple salons, I received communication within a decent timeframe that allowed me to make my decision to come in. Upon arrival I was made aware children were just dropped off for braids as well I appreciate the fact that o was worked in being that I had reached out in advance. We finished within decent time and I love the results. I would definitely return.

The owner was very nice and understood my expectations. Additionally, the stylist that completed my service was professional and nice. However, I believe there was way too much gel used on my hair and there was a lack of attention to detail when it came to hair sticking out of my twists and the uniformity of the curls. The price was $177 and I paid $200 to include tip.

I found this business on tik tok and I honestly should’ve read the google reviews first. I walked in on time for my appointment (10am) and the owner looked at me as if she saw an alien with 3 heads. She proceeds to say “I didn’t know you were coming, let me sort the hair first” which took her about 30 minutes to do and honestly I was so close to just walking out, because she started off unprofessional. But I said no let me give them a chance. I thought the owner was doing my hair but instead I was given to someone who was new at braiding. She was very nice just not experienced enough. As time went on the owner decides to play inappropriate rap music and proceed to take a nap at the wash bowl. When she wakes up after a hour from her nap she decides oh let me wash my hair, again highly unpro

⭐️ 1 Star I brought my daughter in as a walk-in for mini twists , this style stated about 4 hours for completion on the website. We ended up being there for EIGHT hours. To make matters worse, they only did mini twists in the front and the back was a completely different size medium twists. For the amount of time we waited and the price I paid, the results were unacceptable and inconsistent. When it came time to pay, I used the Zelle option they have posted on the wall. The payment was pending on my end, but they insisted they couldn’t let us leave until it fully processed. I offered my ID and any information they needed, but the stylist still refused to let us go. I even reminded her that the last time I came in, she told me to use Zelle instead of other payment methods and I even left

I have a braid in front that looks like i had my hair done in months. I was charged extra. She told me she was not gonna charge me for the add in hair because my appointment was at 5 and she did start me till after 7. The website says 155 for small twist 22 to add hair which would be 166 and thats what she charged me. This was my 2nd time back and i definitely dont believe ill ever go back.
