The Braid Gallery

I’ve went to the braid gallery twice now. Each time I’ve been treated really well. Aside from looking amazing after I walk out. The people are amazing, patient and supportive with the hair styling process. When I first went I had Sholanda (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) she was kind and did a phenomenal job with me. This time I went in I wanted her again to do my hair, but she wasn’t there when I walked in, so they put me with another lady. I was kind of nervous because I really liked Sholanda and her style. Yet I shouldn’t have doubted The Braid Gallery’s management cause they put me with Destiny who was just as phenomenal as Sholanda. Destiny too was patient funny and kind and did a great job with my hair. Thanks to both you amazing ladies your work is phenomenal.

I’m beyond disappointed. My granddaughter who’s 11 years old, had her hair braided at this place. She was in the chair for over 9 hours only to have her boho braids to look like she did them herself!!! The stylist that did her was a teenager. I will never have her hair done here again.

I went on Friday as a walk in for them to do maintenance on my hair first off those ladies vibe is everything so sweet caring I don’t remember all their names but shout out to the lady that did my hair and the sisters are so beautiful definitely will be going back

My final & dipped result after 14 hours... I rode out the experience thinking it would sort out eventually which didn't.. I called the next day to ask for help to finish/fix.. 9 days later, still no reach out or check in. I wish I could lie about this, but I spent 15 hours to finish the braiding & re dip by myself.

Started my dreadlocks journey with Miss Jannete and it was a pleasure doing business with a black owned business. Each staff member made me feel welcomed and the vibes were very positive. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for hair needs. I was able to receive service on the same day and I was in and out of the shop quickly. Thank very much and see you in 6 weeks.
