The Boss Barber Shop

I wanted to share feedback regarding a very unfortunate experience my son and I had during our recent visit. This was our first time at this barbershop, and we were seen by Marcos. My son has shoulder-length hair, and during the haircut his hair was pulled so roughly that he began to cry. The final result was extremely uneven, and it appeared that Marcos did not have experience working with longer hairstyles for boys. I took photos immediately after the appointment that reflect the quality of the cut. I paid $40 for the haircut, but unfortunately the service did not reflect that price. I chose this shop based on the many positive reviews, so this experience was very disappointing. I also did not address the issue at the time because my son was embarrassed and visibly upset. Fist time going, went cause kept seeing it every time I went to Walmart and is 5 minutes from home. Their service is amazing and very friendly staff and great haircut and beard fix. Highly recommend the barber shop. A must go and good reasonable prices too.

I've been a loyal customer at this barbershop for more than two years, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The boss, who's also my barber, is always punctual and makes scheduling appointments a breeze. What truly stands out is his skill - he consistently delivers top-notch haircuts. I appreciate the consistency and professionalism this barbershop offers. Highly recommended!
