I can’t say enough great things about The Body Spa. The massage therapists are truly exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to individual needs. As a disabled veteran, I’ve personally experienced noticeable improvements in my mobility and overall comfort since starting treatments here. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care they provide. The front desk staff are just as impressive — always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. From the moment you walk in, you feel valued and taken care of. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your well-being and delivers real results, The Body Spa is it. I usually go for the massages from Tara, which are always fantastic, but today decided to try cryotherapy. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect and Heather set me at ease, answered my questions, and walked me through everything. I dont know what my results will be yet, but everyone should give it a try at least once, more if you get some positive changes. I recommend The Body Spa, their staff and atmosphere is great snd they truly care for you as a person!

I was visiting from out of town. A dear friend recommended this place. She was not wrong. My therapist was Crystal. She was outstanding in every way. Technique, professionalism, communication. I don't have enough good things to say. I know where I'm going to go, and who I'm going to ask for next time I'm in Rapid City.

This spa is such a welcoming, calming space — the design is beautiful and you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Niko gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many places. Truly exceptional. Jessie also did an amazing job with my scalp treatment — it was incredibly relaxing and restorative. I love having a monthly membership because I can come in regularly for services, and I always end up adding more because the experience is that good. Being here has genuinely helped put me on the path to healing and getting back to feeling like my best self again.

I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years and Niko is a gifted massage therapist. I came into town for a family event and wasn’t feeling well. I scheduled a two hour massage and left feeling so relaxed and relieved. He is professional and very skilled at his craft. I was surprised to learn that he was fairly new to the industry but I told him he had a gift and not to let that interfere with his confidence. I highly recommended him to my family and friends there and even suggested he move to the area I’m from haha. When I left, I got to meet Tarah, the owner and talk more with Kelly, another massage practitioner. They showed me the space and all the incredible services being offered. As well as the stories of helping the local Veterans. If I lived nearby, this would be a regular stop
