I absolutely look forward to getting massages from Ronnie and facials from Calli. It’s been a year since I started coming to Skin & Body and it’s been the best massage/facial that I’ve received in San Antonio. The customer service is amazing and they make you feel like an old friend that they’ve known for years. The ambience is so peaceful and there is a tea room to relax in before or after.

This is such a beautiful spa and definitely a must see for everyone! The services are amazing 🤩 I had a massage with Roni and she is absolutely the best! I’m looking forwar to my next service with Calli for a facial! I highly recommend the Body and Skin Refinery to anyone looking for a fabulous spa to pamper yourself!! The best self-care place in the SA area by far!!!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Very impressed on all fronts. Every member of the staff was very professional and accommodating. Facility was very clean and decorated so cute. Veronica was my masseuse and was incredible. If you were to ask me where to go for a good massage in San Antonio this would be my number one recommendation.

i can’t say enough good things about this place! i had a facial with Calli, and she was incredibly calming and gentle. she really has a soothing touch that made the whole experience feel luxurious. the spa itself is designed beautifully, with such a peaceful vibe from the moment you walk in. every detail, from the decor to the service, feels thoughtful and warm. im so happy to have found my go to spot.
