OK, so where do I start. My therapist had retired and moved to Florida. So I was searching for a new massage therapist to no avail. Then I came upon body mechanics. Jennifer, was not only polite and accommodating on the phone for a first time visit, but she was extremely knowledgeable. On my first visit she spent time to inquire about any concerns or problems that I was experiencing. Her massage was on point, strong where she needed to be and gentle in the sensitive areas that I was in pain with. On my second visit she introduced me to what I like to call is Little wonder bars. That really made a difference in very sensitive areas in my neck and my left foot. I have now been to her four times and I can tell you that I feel great again. Jen is probably the most hygienic and professional person in the entire state of Connecticut. The energy in her room is peaceful and tranquil. From the moment that you walk into the room you feel welcome. I recommend her if you need someone to do your massages, and just to let you know I am a tattoo artist that works 16 hour shifts and haven’t felt this great in over a decade after just one session with her. If you were looking for the best, you have found it.

Nick was extremely thorough, skilled, and deliberate and his methodical delivery provided so much release. Nick and Jen are both highly skilled in their profession. The setting is beautiful, spa like and wonderful to accommodate groups. Jen has personal experience with chronic pain and uses cutting edge treatments. She is constantly expanding her expertise with staff development, licensure and new treatments. 10/10 recommend.
