I recently came in for a facial, booked through Groupon (paid $50 + tip), which was advertised as a $130 value. I entered with reasonable expectations, knowing it was a discounted service, but also keeping in mind that full-paying clients would expect a polished experience. I wanted to share my honest feedback in hopes it helps the business grow. The positives: I was greeted warmly upon entering, and I appreciated being notified ahead of time that the restroom was out of order (not a big issue for me). The aesthetician’s technique during the facial itself — cleansing and dermaplaning — was generally fine. Lily was great. Great service. Did amazing with accommodating me and my large belly. Made sure my wax was perfect as I’m due soon and probably will go past my maintenance period. And kept me distracted the whole time with great conversation. 10/10 definitely will be sure to request her next time I am in.

This was my first time at this location due to an amazing deal on Groupon I couldn’t pass up. I was a little apprehensive because I’ve been going to my original wax place for three years and it’s such a sensitive area when getting a Brazilian but I was willing to give it a try. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and quick when checking in. My appointment was at 530 and we started on time or a little before which I can appreciate. I had Dianne and she was amazing!!! I could tell she had experience and I loved her technique. I have a high tolerance for pain but even still, she was very gentle. She was very nice and personable and made me feel at ease. I booked my follow up appointment with her in 6weeks because of how good Dianne was! Returning customer for sure !
