Do not, do not, do not give your money to this deceptive business! I tried booking services and had promo vouchers. The person who took the information I told her I had vouchers to cover the cost of the services and she said that was fine but we needed a credit card on file so I did that. Then I get here for my services and am told that I can’t use the vouchers after driving an hour to get here and letting them know I had vouchers. I asked how we can figure this out and make it right and they refused to take more than one voucher. It should be noted that the vouchers do have some additional details on the back but it does NOT say this on the front that there are terms and conditions and these were given to me attached to something, and I only pulled them off the card when I arrive. My massage today was absolutely wonderful! Monica was my massage therapist, and she had the music playing, massage table heated, and explained how we would start when I first walked in, asking about the amount of pressure and focus areas. I was just looking for relaxation, so she massaged every part of my body equally. It was very peaceful the entire time. I will definitely request her again! I had previously left a not-so-great review on here about my experience last time I was there with Ally as my massage therapist. Body Bar gave me a chance to come back, and I am so grateful! Definitely a redeeming experience and will continue to come to the Body Bar for many more years to come! Even bought a gift certificate as a birthday present when I left today. Thank you :)

I’ve had massages here several times because I either had a gift certificate or coupons, and I don’t go for massages regularly enough to buy into one of their packages. In my opinion, $100 for an hour massage is just ridiculous. There’s nothing special about the massages, and the person I went to in Connecticut before I moved out here two years ago charged me $65 for the same massage. I had the same masseuse every time I went here, and even though I arrived early to my appointments, she brought me back to the massage room at exactly the time the massage was scheduled to start. She came in about 5 minutes later after I changed and got on the table, so it ended up being a 55 minute massage, not a full hour. I think the therapist I had ,Connie . Was wonderful , BUT I honestly thought my massage after Connie with a male was at 2:30.so at 1:30 I get a call from a very rude person working there asked where I was and I explained I had written downtime as 3:30.. NO she answered. The therapist came in, I responded that I could come in now and she very rudely , again,said no… and were charging your credit card . I explained again that I had the wrong time written but she insisted that I would bee charged anyway … What happened to polite customer services and understanding that I honestly had written down the time of my appt. I know 1 thing… I will NEVER go there again, and to the manager.. how can you allow the employees to talk to customers the way she did Joanne P
