Naomi is the absolute best!! She is extremely talented! Best hair stylist I've ever been too! My highlights were exactly like my inspo pic! Sooo happy and will definitely be coming back!

When I first started coming here 18 months ago it was an absolute joy! I am not sure what has happened but I would never recommend coming here. A few recent challenges. 1. No one ever answers the phone or return voicemails. You have to drive into the salon and hope a person is there who you can speak to. 2. I am on my 3rd stylist because the previous 2 left. 3. I was with Eva who was wonderful and showed up to my next appointment to find out without any warning that Eva had left and I was scheduled with a junior stylist without any notification. The young lady was a doll but this haircut might be one of my worst. I tried to fix it myself because I thought it was a few long stranglers but my coworkers mentioned how bad it looked. I washed it out and let it dry and realized it was uneven all

First time customer. I went in for a partial weave and a hair trim. I wanted my hair to be a little warmer and so I picked out a darker brown. She said she could lighten it up a little bit so it went with my skin color however after an hour and a half my hair was red I do not have brown in it. She overproduced my hair and I have a lot of breakage. I and then she cut it and it is she cut off a lot more than I would I wanted I think she knew that she messed up my hair when we left because she was in a hurry to get me out of there. I would not recommend the salon.

I too, was inconvenienced with their phones, not working. Seems it has been an ongoing issue. I was not a happy customer when I arrived. Unable to change my appointment or to confirm my appointment via phone call along with a desperate need to get my haircut, I was ready to let them have it. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. I would’ve felt terrible tearing into her with my grievances. I did inform her on a few things that needed to improvement on. Twig, the stylist in charge of turning things around for me had a tall order. She was calm and kind. She listened and gave me honest feedback regarding my high expectations of my new cut. She included me in on the process. We worked together and the result was everything I wanted and needed in a beautiful haircut and excelle

Great time with Priscilla! She did a fantastic job on my hair and when you spend 3 hours with someone you want to be comfortable. She was a joy to chat with while she did magic!
