I really wanted to support this prenatal massage business, by purchasing a massage for my daughter's Christmas gift... but our experience was disappointing. Customer service was poor from the owner Carmen — communication felt dismissive and inflexible rather than supportive, which is especially concerning for a service centered around pregnant clients. The owner promotes expertise in prenatal care, yet showed little understanding that pregnancy can involve unpredictable or emergent situations. When my daughter had to address a sudden pregnancy-related issue, she was met with zero empathy and no willingness to work with her. I had a 90 minute session to prepare my body for pregnancy and a pending IVF transfer. This left me feeling so relaxed, like a new person physically , emotionally and feeling good about myself. The affirmations were on point and I was able to release myself Fully to the Experience. I recommend this place to anyone that is getting ready to repair your body for pregnancy and to relieve stress and tension held for years.
