I had such a wonderful experience with Natalie at The Blissful Centre. She went above and beyond to make me (and my baby) feel comfortable, nurtured, and completely at ease. I’m in my third trimester, and Natalie was the only local massage therapist who had a special pregnancy bolster — it allowed me to safely lie face down for the first time in months. It was such a relief and made the massage incredibly healing and restorative. Natalie’s care, attention to detail, and gentle presence made me feel truly supported. This was actually the best massage of my life, and I have had many. Natalie is unusually intuitive in her massage therapy technique, and I was amazed how the energy flow changed as she worked the cranial area, the neck, lower back, etc. I'm in my 70s, overweight, and have osteoarthritis in my spine and throughout my whole body, but I try to keep active anyway. During the massage, it felt like the energy flow was finding ways to repair my body, allowing it to reach places that were normally blocked with tension. I remarked that if felt rejuvenating. I had such an amazing experience at the blissful center today. I had a 90 minute massage with Natalie and it was exactly what I needed. The space was clean and welcoming, smelled amazing, and I felt so at home. Highly highly recommend if you are in need of a great massage.

The Blissful Centre and Natalie are wonderful. As a massage therapist I find it difficult to find a good therapist for myself but Natalie is excellent. The massages are reasonably priced but Natalie places care and attention and expertise into her sessions. The space is quiet and clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back soon!

Natalie is such a gifted therapist and goes above and beyond to make the experience personal and relaxing. She has such a healing aura about her and she is very adept at reading your energy and aiding in relaxation and deep breathing. Her space is very clean and calming and beautiful!
