I am always so happy to see Crystal Manrique. They've been doing my hair for the past 4 years and is quite literally one of my favorite people in the world. Color work? unmatched. haircuts? gorgeous. After a not-so-great salon experience where I walked in asking for one color and left with the complete opposite, I knew it was time to find a new stylist. I came across Crystal on Instagram and was immediately drawn to her work. Her specialization in darker hair colors stood out to me right away, something that’s surprisingly hard to find. I first went to Erin at The Bird House in June for a transformational cut - waist length hair to a bob! I told her in the thorough consult that I might cry - not because of her but because of the emotional baggage my hair held. Erin was so supportive I did not cry, I actually beamed the whole time. Been back for maitenence cuts with her every few months since then and the consistency and care is incredible. Highly recommend!

The Bird House is an elite salon. Clean, friendly and warm with talented stylists and great music. I go to Crystal and I'd trust them with my life. I prefer vivid fantasy colors and bold styles and Crystal always completely understands my vision, and not only points me in the most stylish direction, but chooses the one healthiest for my hair (hello bleach magician).
