I will NEVER spend a dime here again this is what 1 and a half week worth of $70 get you! Mind you they started to lift 3 days afterwards! If you don’t know how to properly do nails stop playing with people money and go learn the skill properly and then they don’t want to do refunds! When the work itself is not worth $70 on top some nails or bulging and different sizes! This is sad work! All about the money but don’t produce good service! Let alone the whole time I was sitting there getting my nails done she scrape every finger skin and had the nerve to ask why I’m tensing up! BECAUSE YOUR LITERALLY DRAWING BLOOD AND HURTING ME!!!

A new employee name Denise, is super sweet very great at what she does! I really enjoy her service and conversations we had. She did such an amazing job I’m definitely going back for her to do my nails again!

I recently visited for a pedicure and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. Throughout the service, several items used on me including the hot stones, towels, and wax felt scorching hot. I mentioned my reactions, but it didn’t seem like much adjustment was made, which made the appointment uncomfortable rather than relaxing. What was also disappointing was that my friend and I ordered the exact same pedicure from the menu, yet her service included much more massage and attention while mine felt rushed and minimal in comparison. Since I only treat myself to a pedicure a few times a year, I was really hoping to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, especially after spending $70. I do not know why this Nail Spa has such a low rating shame on whoever did that... they are lovely people they did a wonderful job on my nails I'm from out of state where they use ibd pink gel to build up your fingernails... the best nails did not have that but they had something just as good and it was wonderful and it was the only place in Leesville that even knew what I was talking about! so whoever gave them a low rating again I say shame on you... their professional they're very good at what they do they're polite the prices are excellent... if you're looking for a professional Nail Spa please do not go to the businesses in Leesville themselves they do not know what they're doing truly this business which is on the road headed to fort Polk!! I came in for a full set and showed a photo of the chrome design I wanted. We agreed on $100 total—$50 for the set, $30 for chrome, and $20 for extra long length. When it was time to apply the chrome, the tech did cat-eye gel instead and said chrome was “too expensive,” even though I had already agreed to pay for it. The service was changed without my consent, yet I was still charged the full $100. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a paying customer. To make it worse, one nail cracked within a few days.
