I had a very disappointing experience with my appointment today. I arrived at 6:00 pm for a booking with Hannah and waited for about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though there were two nail techs there. I was completely ignored the entire time. Eventually, Dinara came up to me with her phone and said Hannah was on the line. Hannah told me she hadn’t seen my appointment and asked me to wait another 40 minutes. She then suggested it was probably because I booked “last minute,” which felt like she was blaming me for their scheduling issue. This is completely unprofessional. It should not matter if I book a month in advance or right before. If the app shows availability, someone should be ready for that time. My time was clearly not respected, and it felt like a total waste

I’ve been a customer at this salon for nearly two years and have generally had positive experiences. Recently, however, I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable appointment with Hanna! I returned to her after seeing another technician here for a few months and was met with hostility from the start. During the service, one of my nails was done incorrectly, and when I calmly tried to address it, she repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and made degrading comments, insisting that she “knew best” rather than listening to me as a client. I remained calm, respectful, and kind throughout the interaction, despite being spoken to in a condescending and unprofessional manner.
