After 26 years, I had to cancel twice, recently, because of covid. I was told to pay a cancelation fee. They lost a long term customer. No excuse. No, I didn't pay anything. If a payment is added from an old card, it will be challenged.

Lynn Ann is a true artist. Just plain and simple understands hair and knows how to cut it!!! I've been approached many times by strangers asking me who cuts my hair. Cut or color you cannot go wrong at the Bernards salon!

Lynn Ann is hands down the best in the business in every way! She knows how to treat staff and clients and my gosh watching her cut hair is like watching an artist paint on canvas! She gets hair!! I went to the Bernard’s Salon 23 years ago for the best haircuts of my life sadly I moved away and have NEVER found anyone as good as Lynn Ann!! I have been to the best salons and still no one gets hair like her!! And you know it’s true based on her staff some which have been with her since the beginning. I recently drove 4 hours (2 there, 2 back) to come get a haircut after almost 20 years because I knew it would be perfect and it was I just don’t know why I waited so long and tried soooo many other salons??? I’ll be back it’s worth the drive trust me she is the best of the best!!!
