I had an appointment with Karen, and I cannot stop staring my hair in the mirror ever since! I didn't know a great haircut really gives me confidence. I showed her a picture how I want my hair to look like, and she made it even better! I loved that how she was checking with me through out the appointment. She was so sweet and fun to talk to :) I cannot wait to comeback next time!

The best salon in San Jose. I love the ambiance too. The little boutique is an extra.

The Beauty Spot: Disrespectful service and an owner who couldn’t care less. I’ve been a loyal client for 9 months, totaling 9 services, even bringing my mom here because I was originally happy with Karen's work. But after my last visit on the morning of Friday, March 14th, I will never return. Here’s what happened: I overheard Karen and another stylist laughing about me in the back, calling me “annoying.” When I confronted Karen, she acknowledged she was talking about me and when I pressed about her derogatory remark, her response was a dismissive “I don’t know, that’s not between you and me,” before walking off to look out the blinds like I wasn't even there. If she wasn’t talking about me, her reaction was completely out of place and very odd —especially when she has bragged many times

Wonderful place to get a haircut! The service is amazing and will make you feel at home! I walked in around the time of closing and Sylvia still let me get my haircut, incredibly nice! Loved how my hair turned out.

I went in to get my highlights and roots covered. I told them I like my highlights a light blonde and walked out with purple hair and was charged 275. Do not come here for highlights so disappointing
