On Monday, I called to book an appointment for Wednesday for a facial and eyebrow treatment. When I arrived, I discovered that my appointment had been canceled without any notice (the salon was closed). I scheduled this second appointment because I genuinely wanted to give the salon another chance and, if my experience had improved, I was prepared to update my previous review in a positive way. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I called to ask why my appointment was canceled, I was told the owner was upset about my previous review, which I had left a month earlier. She even mentioned that she expected me to return for a second appointment sooner than a month. I had a fantastic experience at The Beauty Point. The decor was simple and modern, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I arrived, they offered me a coffee, which was a nice touch. What really stood out to me was their attention to hygiene—they sterilize all combs and hair brushes, something you don’t see often in many salons. It gave me extra confidence in their professionalism. And, of course, my hair turned out amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and top-notch hair care.

Arlete is an amazing place to feel heard and understood. She has a fantastic ability to grasp your feelings about your hair. I love talking to her so much that I even dare to call her my therapist, and she makes me feel incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

This salon and its staff are actual gems. Arlete and Juliana are the sweetest, most welcoming people. I went in for a keratin treatment and I’m beyond impressed. They were so attentive to detail and so patient with me. Can’t wait to come back and get more treatments done. They’ve earned a client for life! ❤️
