Ja'Vonna is the best! She's licensed and very professional! Whether you have waxing, dermaplaning, or body sculpting, I wouldn't trust anyone but her with my body! I've had all those services done with her, and I've always been very happy with the results! Extremely happy with my last 2 visits. Ja'vonna goes above and beyond, always!!!

I work 12 hour night shifts. Set my alarm in the middle of the day for my appointment. Looking forward to a hydro- facial. Not what I was expecting. Dark hallway upstairs. No one around but a camera outside the door. Sat on the steps waiting. I call.. no answer. Wasted time and energy. Left extremely annoyed. Never got a call the entire day or following day. Find out it was a supposed emergency and offered an extra service. How nice! One more chance was given. She blew that as well by not responding to setting up the appointment. I see by the reviews I’m not the first person for a make an appointment not show up type deal. Bad business! My time is extremely valuable!

My experience at the Beauty Pinnacle the first time was flawless . The space was very well kept and had both an intimate and welcoming ambiance . She provided protective gear like mask and hair net and Sanitized thoroughly . Ja’Vonna was Attentive, on time, and detailed; She educated me on the services provided and got to know my needs as to how I like my services done. She combined that with what would be the best option for long lasting lashes & wax results for me. I have had several different experiences with lash technicians in the past and THIS quality by the Beauty Pinnacle was top tier. I just knew I was going to be a loyal customer after my first session. Not to mention she is super personable and makes you comfortable throughout your entire session . Highly recommended !

I'm new to the area and was looking for a waxer. I located this place on Groupon. Ja'vonna is great. Has good communication. Each visit has been good. She's fast and efficient. She offers a variety of self care beauty services. The booking site is easy to navigate, too.

Ja’Vonna was awesome and I love my cut! She was friendly and listened to what I wanted and it’s perfect. Will definitely be booking additional services and my next cut!
