Baylee is very knowledgeable about mixing colors and making sure to not damage your hair! I also love getting my eyebrows done by her- I’m picky about them! She did bridal hair for me (the bride) and my wedding party. We all had so much fun hanging out with her and she did FANTASTIC! She made me feel so so pretty! She made sure I had exactly what I wanted and double checked all the details with us so that the day of would move smoothly.

I am fairly new to this area. I just needed a change in my hair like alot of ladies feel. At the spur of the moment I called four salons to make an appointment and none could fit me in for several days. I found The Beauty Lounge online and Baylee took me the next morning. The friendly atmosphere was amazing. Baylee made me feel at home and made sure I was happy with my hair before I left. She said if the color wasn't to my liking that she would add more. The massage Baylee gives your scalp during the shampoo was so relaxing. The chair is very comfortable to sit in and the chair for the shampoo was just the right height. Most of them hurt my back, but not these. Baylee and I enjoyed conversation throughout my visit. I love my new look. My husband noticed my hair too and said it looks nice

Would've been a good experience but she seemed like she was in a hurry. Showed her a pic of a style I was trying to achieve, not even close...but other than that and the gossip. It was ok. Won't go back though...felt out of place.

Always gets me in quickly and does such a good job on my hair. Best prices around and I always leave feeling so confident and fresh!
