The makeup and hair looked amazing and everyone loved there looks and the Brooklyn and Tori were amazing. They were personable. The only issue was when commination issue, the price for the trial run was not given and 200$ is expensive considering it was a trial. Overall still great and would recommend.

I ask for a loose updo & sent pictures with braids on UpDoo. I ask for not Old Lady. I got a Tight UpDoo not loose & I even touched up bangs after I left.. I trusted her to do a beautiful LOOSE UpDoo which should enhance my look. Photos attached & some I sent her showing samples of what I like. I’ve had about 30 UpDoos in 30 years and this in top 3 of never again. The salon looks so hip that I assumed be a more hip updoo

The loft is one of the most beautiful places in Florence to receive beauty services! Ashton is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She is so personable to her customers and really takes her time to make my wildest nail dreams come true! I can bring any design and I have no doubts she’s gonna nail it every time! I will always recommend Ashton and her work!

I love the Beauty Loft! Its modern vibe and calm atmosphere makes for a great experience. I visit this location every 3-4 weeks for nail services by Ashton Ray. Her dip powder skills allow me to easily wait 3-4 weeks between appointments, and her attention to detail in designs can’t be beat in this area. You can’t go wrong with this location or Ashton’s services! 10/10 recommend!

I got a manicure by Ashton and it is the best my nails have ever looked! I’ve never gotten so many compliments or had a set of dip with tips last so long! Highly recommend her
