I got my hair done by Eli and had such a great experience. What I appreciated the most is how much she really cares about making sure her clients are happy with the final result. Nowadays it can feel like some places rush through services, but Eli truly takes her time. The wash was hands down the most relaxing part she takes her time and makes the whole experience feel calm and enjoyable. From start to finish she’s very attentive and makes sure everything comes out exactly how you envisioned it. I would definitely recommend booking with her!

My girl Elizebeth did an amazing job with my curly cut! Layers were layered, my hair was kept at my desired length and not short at all (which is exactly what I wanted), and the volume was in fact … VOLUMING. Honestly the greatest experience I’ve had at a salon, and I learned more tips and tricks to maintain my curly cut. After walking out of the salon, I’ve received a lot of compliments this past week about my curls, the shine, and its overall appearance. Definitely a major confidence boost, and I look forward to coming back for another trim to my wolfcut/shag maintenance! ✨✨

I had the best experience with Eli. I actually traveled an hour from the Bronx to see her and it was 100% worth it. I haven’t gotten layers in a long time because I’m super picky about who touches my hair, but she made me feel so comfortable right away. She explained exactly what she was going to do and really listened to all my concerns. She brought my vision to life perfectly. The wash was honestly the best I literally fell asleep, she has the best hands. My blowout was so voluminous exactly how I wanted it and I got so many compliments that night. She’s super easy to talk to and great to bounce ideas off of. She always takes the time to explain different treatments and hair terminology in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciate. Caitlin has such an easygoing vibe. Whether you want to chat the whole appointment or just relax in silence, it never feels awkward. Caitlin guided me through each step of the process from consultation, to execution making sure that I was happy with the haircut I would be getting before we even started. Thanks to Caitlin I have the perfect hairstyle that I'm excited to style everyday. The atmosphere of The Beauty Loft is relaxed, professional, and luxe while having an extremely friendly and helpful staff.
