The customer service was awful. They were looking at their phones more than anything. They weren’t mean or rude at all. Just need to put them phone down and give better customer service. 🙄

The ladies there were not really helpful, stayed on their phones the whole time, actually kind of rude. The cashier darn near threw my change at me. Worst customer service ever.

Limited supply staff is great tho.

The store has a lot of great items, but the ratchets, and their poor customer service skills makes you not want to buy anything, it’s ridiculous. We have to do better sistas it’s not a competition of who can be the most ghetto. This is a business where you are employed, have more self respect!

You can only try on 3 wigs here which is plenty inconvenient for someone like me who usually buys 5 wigs at a time. I’m not from the area but was in town for a brief moment I wanted to stock up on wigs. I tried on 3 that I wasn’t super crazy about. Was told I’d have to come back tomorrow to try on more. LOL no thanks. But I get the names of several other wigs I was interested in. Got home and found them online. Same wigs in the store I found on line 50-60% cheaper. So I ended up buying 5 news wigs online. Their policy ended up saving me quite a bit of money. I’ll never spend money at this business but I will go in and get the names of items I like and save me some cash by just ordering them.
