I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with The Beauty Cave deserves to be shared so others don’t go through the same thing. (Booksy handle: _PrecisePartz) I booked my appointment a month in advance, paid 100% upfront, and never received a single message, confirmation, question, or follow-up. There was no phone number listed on Booksy, no way to reach the artist directly, and absolutely zero communication from the time I booked to the day of the appointment. As someone who doesn’t know much about makeup, I depend on artists to ask basic things — the look, the occasion, my skin tone, anything. I didn’t get any of that. Not one message.
