I responded to an ad to receive a leg wax for a reduced price in exchange for social media content. I will say that I am not very happy with the results. My technician, Erika, was absolutely fantastic, but even she was commenting on how the brand of wax the salon uses isn’t that great. Erika spent 2 hours on my legs, just for me to come home, look at them more closely, and realize that I may as well just have shaved. In fact, I would be happier with how my legs look had I just shaved. I’ve gotten my legs waxed multiple times and at multiple locations in the past and have never walked out so hairy. Even where hair got removed, it’s still just stubbly because the wax broke the hair off at the skin and didn’t pull from the root. I really think the salon should reconsider the product they use.

I had a bad couple months and decided to do some self care and book an appointment with Erika. Erika did an amazing job on my eyebrows, keeping them thick but cleaned up and her custom facials are to die for!

Service was not rendered. When I arrived, there was no public parking available - only private/permit spots with a $2500 towing fine. I spent 20 minutes searching for a spot to park and called the salon 3 times, leaving messages. No one answered or called back. The salon had my phone number from the deposit but made no attempt to contact me and didn't even bother to respond to my calls - you are sitting waiting for your client and ignoring her calls? They never followed up or refunded the deposit. If you don't need clients - don't book them and don't take the deposits.

I’ve been really disappointed with my experiences here. Every time I came in for lashes, the person doing them would walk away multiple times(x5 times one visit and x3 another) during my appointment, which made me question cleanliness and professionalism. I was never fully satisfied with the way my lashes turned out. When I had to switched to another technician (just because of scheduling), they didn’t even ask how my lashes had been done before or what I wanted—they just went ahead, and the results didn’t match at all.

Ahmad is the best ! Very friendly and takes his time. I would recommend him. Everyone in there is so sweet and friendly. Wouldn't wont anyone else !!!!
