Horrible customer service I called for information on a haircut and they were short with me I called back at 5:15 to confirm an appt and the lady who answered said “i don’t know if it’s still available” didn’t bother asking me if id like to reschedule for another time when she finally decided to respond all she said was “ok” At that point i no longer wanted any information or service for them Bad enough woman's hair cuts are $35 just starting now I have to deal with stylist who don’t really want to be helpful or give information This was my first time ever calling this studio an will definitely be my last

Great service, nice clean environment.. in love with my haircut and she also cut my toddlers hair! Definitely recommend Laurina!
