The Bearded Lady Salon

This was my first and only time going to this salon sadly. I was really drawn in by the name and saw all the good reviews and decided to give it a try. Although it is a clean salon, my hair (I am transitioning from brown to golden blonde) was poorly colored and toned, and the cut wasn't what I asked for. It also wasn't styled but she did a decent shampoo and was pretty quick at working with my hair because I have a lot and it is long. I was shell shocked when I was checking it out at the salon thinking maybe I was just overreacting because it wasn't what I'd asked, and was surprised when I checked out to pay $220 before tip for a bad color and cut. The lady's at The Bearded Lady Salon are the Best. They work great with my two young daughters. One is 15 & one is 11. So you know what that means. Picky picky picky. They do a great job. My Wife even loves them. They do a great job on her hair as well. Me I am bald, so they can't help me. But if they could I would be all in. Come by and check them out at 819 West 13th Street.

Elizabeth always gives a fantastic haircut. She takes care of our whole family. Highly recommend!

If I could give the salon 0 stars. I would give this salon 0 stars. I was charged extra for product that I did not receive. I simply asked for a refund of my money and make it right with me. 2 weeks later, the same person on the phone said to me. Oh I looked at your receipt. And you're gonna have to pay that. She justified lying and stealing money. When I called this person out for lying about what the receipt said and that I would contact corporate, and that I would be getting my money back. She hung up on me. Then I tried to call her back. And she just simply wouldn't answer the phone. I have a copy of the receipt; I can read. I was charged for 2 items only received one I don't know what she looked back on but I find her to be a liar. I suppose the salon has enough customers. You can r

Took a chance with them because they were one of the higher rated salons in Wichita. Reasonable priced and excellent work. I had Elizabeth cut my very long hair after going two years since my last cut. She did an amazing job. It has boosted my confidence and my hair is definitely lighter. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I’m excited to make this my new go to place. Thank you, Elizabeth!
