The Basement Hair Studio

I really like the owner Susie. She did something dramatic (for me it was dramatic) and she was very reassuring and professional. She also called me a couple days later to ask how it was going. If you can get on their books I recommend them. Also my hair looks amazing!

I have been going to The Basement Hair Studio (specifically Sophie) since 2016 and they have exceeded my expectations every single time. The workers there are personable and remember you. Every person there is talented and knows what they are doing. Sophie has been a rock, scheduling around my busy schedule with college and softball! You will not be disappointed if you come to The Basement, you will find a new family!!

First time coming here and very pleased! Jessica was my stylist and she was awesome! She did exactly what I asked for and I never have gotten this blonde before and I have been trying for a long time! ! Highly recommend this place it’s clean and everyone is really friendly and nice and prices are reasonable. Thank you!!!

Love Love Love the job Jessica Sordelet has done with my hair! Simple, shaggy, youthful! Close to where I live. Little more expensive, but wash hair, massage scalp, tons of time on style, therapy…lol and sharing how to maintain it at home! Never quit Jessica Please!

I can’t speak on how they cut hair but I can speak on their customer service and if they cut hair like they handle customer service, I would NOT get my hair cut here. I had an appointment Wednesday but they called and wanted to move my appointment to later in the day to “fill a gap”. I couldn’t do the time they wanted so they suggested we move the appointment to Thursday. I was annoyed but agreed and said all was fine. Note: this was done within 24 hrs of when my original appointment was. This morning, I am sick and need to reschedule as I do not want to get others sick.
