I went here to get a gel nail removal, and the service was extremely disappointing. The technician repeatedly pressured me to switch from gel to acrylic, even after I explained that acrylic had previously damaged my nails. Since switching to gel, my nails have been healthier, so I had no interest in changing. Instead of simply removing my gel nails, she tried to “prove a point” by aggressively over-filing my nails. When I told her it hurt, she kept repeating, “See, I told you gel nails hurt,” over and over again. I came for a professional removal service — not to be lectured or mocked. The visit was quite disappiinting. My niece and I visited your salon on Saturday. I had a gel pedicure, and my niece received a gel mani-pedi combo. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. My pedicure was generally fine, but I noticed that the cuticles were not properly removed, leaving a visible gap (as shown in the attached photo with blue polish). As for my niece’s manicure and pedicure, one of her nail polishes peeled off after just two days, and I also noticed that her pinky toe had not been polished. Additionally, some of her nails had polish painted onto the skin, and the finish appeared uneven, with visible streaks.

I had such a great experience at this salon. The space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. My nail tech was detail-oriented and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted and have held up beautifully. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and great service.

I brought my 8-year-old here for pedicures on her birthday. The technician for my daughter arrived a bit late — that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the woman in charge loudly reprimanding her in front of customers. The technician was so flustered she struggled to put her gloves on properly before beginning the service. It was very uncomfortable to sit in that kind of tension during what was meant to be a special birthday treat. I do want to say the technician herself was kind to my daughter.
