The Barefoot Barber Shop

Went to get a haircut, I arrived about an hour before closing, but I was told that only the people already there(four total, besides me; A hairdresser, one man in a barberseat, and two people waiting) would receive haircuts. I should've taken pics, but I was so flabbergasted I didn't even think to. Not only that, I have showed up an entire hour after their supposed 'opening time' and found they were closed up tight. In other words, this place seems to love playing fast and loose with their hours and service. If you must get your hair cut here, then at least call them beforehand to make sure you aren't wasting gas and time to come here.

Hubby got there 15 minutes before they closed. It was a quick five minute shave and he was not happy to pay the $15 charge since he normally goes somewhere else for $10 but they were closed that day.

First appearance not good. Smells like an ashtray soon as you walk in. I walked right out. Maybe the service is good but I couldn't get over the smell. Went somewhere else.

Hubs and son really liked this place. The lady even gave hubs an excellent tip on how to get rid of his dandruff. We drive easily 45 mins to come here. Heads up its cash only!
