The Barbers (Sherwood)

My husband had an appointment at 6pm (he arrived earlier) and they didn’t get him in until about 6:35 and none of the stylists wanted to help him and kept taking other walk in clients before him. The one that did, was extra rough on cutting his hair and purposely didn’t provide the hair cut he requested. He felt like he was mistreated because he was Hispanic and that they didn’t want to serve him. One of the stylists was taking her time cleaning so someone else would cut his hair. This is our first time at this location, the Tualatin location has been great for us, but we wanted to try this location as we just recently moved to Sherwood. Disappointed with the service he received and the look of his hair cut. He was nice enough to still tip after being treated this way.

Chace is not only a great barber giving me a styling hair cut as my hair was long and shaggy with mats, he listened to my experience in USAF. Chace shared he is a veteran too. Because of him I look and feel like a hole new woman. Thank you Chace, You are the BEST

Went to get a haircut one person in line 8 people cutting hair says walk-in welcome. She tells me an hour and a half one person in the store They were just really rude about it and then I walked out all the employees were laughing. Definitely don’t feel welcome here and in front of my kids.

As a person who is usually SUPER stressed and nervous about getting my hair cut, I can’t understate how thrilled I am with my experience at this place! BIG shout out to Kaitlyn (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) who got my hair lined up PERFECTLY despite me usually not being great at explaining exactly what I’m looking to get. First of all, I called in on a Saturday around 11:30 assuming they would be busy, and they told me they could get me in at 12:10. At 12:16 I showed up to the WRONG PLACE by mistake, so I called them back saying I’m at a different shop down the street and could be there in 5. Jen S. is hands down one of the best barbers I've ever had! She was incredibly professional and made the entire experience enjoyable. Not only is she skilled in her craft, but she's also super easy to chat with, which made the time in the chair fly by. I left with a great haircut and a smile on my face.
