The Barber’s MP

I love this place. A haircut to perfection every time. I came in this time. There was no line. I was greeted and asked to sit. I asked for a medium fade and clean up the sides. My haircut came out really nice. They massaged my shoulders with a hot towel on my head. They then cleaned up my head, neck, and ears. I always tip $10. Thank you for the awesome haircut.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for 4:30pm. It’s now 5:25pm. I really needed a haircut and really needed that time slot. It was full and 2 people went ahead of me who were already there which fine; I understand but 3 other customers went in and went ahead of me. The front barber just said hang on and he’ll get me next while one of the new customer was just sitting in his seat. Some people make appointments for a reason. I don’t think I’ll be back. The barbers did look like they were doing a great job and I wished I had gotten a haircut by one of them at the time I requested

Horrible experience, I called to get an appointment for my son and I was told they are not doing appointments today since they are closing early. I then show up and there is 2 people ahead of me and my son waiting. After those two are called and I have already been waiting 45 minutes a guy comes in and signs in after my sons name and they call him and tell me it’s because he is an appointment. I am upset after being told they were not doing appointments but I try to understanding and figure it’s probably a friend or a regular. Then 15 minutes pass and another guy comes in and again they call him and tell me it is an appointment, really bad customer service. I then told the barber I was not happy since I was told no appointments and now two people are called before me and my son because the

I've been coming to this barbershop in Chandler for a while now, and every visit has been fantastic! Eloisa is my go-to stylist, and she always does an incredible job. She's meticulous and takes her time to ensure every detail is perfect. The entire team here is skilled and attentive, making sure no hair is out of place. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service!

Please get a check in sheet for customers. Waiting for over an hour and half and watching people walk in after I have been there for an hour, go strait to the front of the line is disrespectful. If people have appointments, mark them on the sheet ahead of time. At the very least, have the courtesy to let customers know they are looking at a 2+ hour wait.
