The Barber Studio 2

New to Harlingen and showed up as a walk in at 5pm within 25 min I was the last cut for the day there was 3 barbers available. They were cleaning, joking, walking in and out the back door not once I was I approached by anyone to inform me of anything or when I would be next. Not a care in the world, walked out and found another place. Poor customer service and communication. As far as a cut and a shave I couldn't say but I wasn't willing to find out with customer service like that.

After searching for a barber I found my go to person. Chris Escamilla is a professional barber indeed customer service is A1 will definitely be coming back and sending people to Chris. This was the first time I didn’t need to walk out with a hat back on me after a hair cut. Chris did an awesome job 5 Stars.

They did an amazing job with making my son feel comfortable and not scared. He’s autistic so we always dread having to take him for a cut. The first time my son got through a full haircut. Thanks to the friendly barbers they have now a faithful customer. Highly recommend!!

I waited over 2 hours in line only to hear that they only take appointments during the weekends. I wasted my time and sat there seeing other customers walking in after me getting their haircuts done privately. I had high expectations for this area and it’s frustrating to say the least. There needs to be better communication because time is valuable!
