Michael is the BEST hands down. He will go over what are realistic options for whatever condition your hair is in instead of giving false hope -- in my case, I had damaged my hair and he told me exactly what I could expect based on my inspo pics, and he DELIVERED. The times I have seen him, my hair always looks like what I came in wanting, with the additional influence of his professional opinion and expertise of what will look best and keep my hair healthy. I 100% trust him with my hair. He is also a great person, easy to talk to, and such a wonderful host as you experience the salon. I will be back to see him time and time again.

my husband and I gifted my little sister a haircut and highlight from Noel for her graduation and birthday party. she had asked for an even cut to level out her hair as she had a bad cut prior to this and for money pieces and light highlights. Noel promised to not cut over a certain length and proceeded to do the complete opposite of everything My little sister had asked for. Alyssa is THAT girl when it comes to hair and hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I came in for a balayage and haircut/blowout, and she absolutely nailed it. Her assistant Mia was also so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. On top of the amazing results, Alyssa just has that effortless baddie energy. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and honestly like a new person. It’s rare to find someone who’s both incredibly talented and makes you feel so comfortable in the chair. A friend of mine recommended this salon but after reading the reviews about all of the horrible haircuts and seeing their TikTok antics, I’ll be continuing my search for a new salon. Perhaps they should censor their social media or remove “welcoming atmosphere” from their Google bio.

Update: Noel reached out and apologized for my experience. I appreciated her efforts to resolve things and accepted a refund. ---- I left my appointment with Noel confused and frustrated. My hair was 2-3 inches shorter than what I asked for and comically uneven. I don't believe this was a miscommunication issue and could forgive the length if that was the case. I think maybe she was upset with me and acted unprofessionally, or was in a rush which resulted in a reckless job. This isn't a novice stylist -- she told me she owned the salon after she had a disagreement with a different stylist over the music playing. I'm not sure if that affected her mood and my haircut. I went to a new stylist the next day to salvage the cut, and they said that she had to have done this on purpose because the
